Our 30-Day Money Back guarantee starts from the day the customer places their order and is under the condition that the product is sent back to us unused in its original condition and sent via tracked shipping.
If you have received an item that has been damaged, please take pictures of any damaged items and send them to us at support@stallure.com so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. The customer is liable for any shipping charges to send their product back to us. 
 
Additional Non-returnable Items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
(if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after placing order.
 
Refunds
Once we have received your email and attached pictures, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
 
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@stallure.com or here.
